This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration
of the information under our control.
What information we collect/how we use it
Contact information
Our site’s registration form requests users to give us contact
information (such as your email address and ZIP/Postal code.) Some of the requested
information is required in order to receive the DeCarolis Foundation service;
other information is optional. The required information is clearly marked as
such as in the registration form. We use users’ information in three ways:
- to send personalized, targeted information to the user in the
form of email messages
- to contact users for feedback and
surveys
- to identify new services that would be of value
to our users
We do not share any of your information with third parties,
other than non-profits involved in obtaining our services. We do
not use or provide this information to any outside source in anyway.
(i.e., for promotional offers, sale of commercial products and/or
services)
Profile data
Profile data is also collected at our site. Depending
on the specific DeCarolis Foundation services for which a user
registers, various information will be requested, such as the
names and versions of the software applications you have, the
version of operating system on your computer and the type of
computer you use. All of this information is required in order
to receive the DeCarolis Foundation services and without it,
DeCarolis Foundation services cannot be delivered.
Reports
We provide reports to a limited number of companies with
which we do business. These reports include aggregate information
about our users. The information in these reports will not identify
you individually. The outside companies who receive these reports
will not be able to contact you from the information in the reports.
If you would like to change any of your contact information
in our database, you can do so by sending an email request to vince@decdesign.com,
with ‘CHANGE’ in the subject line. Provide detailed
information of what you would like changed.
To have all of your personal information removed from our
database, send an email request to vince@decdesign.com,
with ‘REMOVE’ in the subject line. Be sure to send this
message from the email address you provided us in your registration.
We will delete your information after we receive your request.
